Miami-Dade County is first in the nation in its rate of new HIV infections, and Broward County, Florida is second – together being home to almost 45,000 residents living with HIV, thousands of them Latino. Expert local panelists will shed light on the epidemic in these areas, what’s working and what’s clearly not, and where the media still isn’t getting the story right.
