Like it or not, most every journalist will have to work at least one overnight or super-early morning shift in their career — maybe for a few weeks or months, maybe for a lifetime. This session will have ways for journalists to maintain their sanity and well-being on the overnight shift — including the physical and mental challenges, the inherent lack of sleep, the social life impact, and how to make sure your work is noticed when none of the managers are around.
