The NLGJA Excellence in Journalism Awards entry deadline has been extended until May 1, 2013.

NLGJA understands the demands of busy newsrooms across the country. Due to the large number of breaking news stories last week, NLGJA has extended the entry deadline for the 2013 Excellence in Journalism Awards to Wednesday, May 1, 2013.
Entries must be submitted by midnight Eastern Daylight Saving Time May 1, 2013 for consideration.
