We're a group of about 10 journalists, with members in print journalism, television news and the LGBT press, as well as educators and college students. We're called the Missouri Chapter because journalists in Columbia kicked off the chapter, but we have members stretching from Lawrence to St. Louis.
Our biggest event of the year is a holiday party in early December when we gather in Kansas City to network and have fun, and then go en masse to enjoy the Heartland Men's Chorus holiday performance.
