A
walking tour of Tijuana.
If you ask nice, we'll lead one for a small-to-medium-sized
group. Otherwise, you'll get lost and have
to depend on the kindness of Tijuana's notorious
police officers. Believe it or don't, Tijuana
is a fascinating metropolis of more than
1.5 million people. It's got museums, a cutting-edge
art scene, its very own hip music (Nortec)
that is praised from Los Angeles to Europe,
foo-foo restaurants, an IMAX theater, trendy
dance clubs, intimate live-music cafés,
and a longrunning LGBT pride parade, with
a heavy emphasis on the T. Downtown Tijuana
is 15 minutes south of downtown San Diego. |
