Please join the the DC Chapter and the National Press Club Journalism Institute for a lively discussion on the role of the ombudsman in a changing news business.
So save the date for "The Endangered Newsroom Ombudsman?" on Tuesday, May 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the National Press Club, 529 14th St NW.
Confirmed participants include Patrick Pexton, the most recent ombudsman at the Washington Post, as well as Clark Hoyt, who served as public editor at the New York Times. Tom Rosenstiel of the American Press Institute will moderate.
