The Diversity Oversight Committee supports the mission of the NLGJA by advancing greater inclusion, interaction, representation and understanding of underrepresented journalists both in the organization and the journalism/media communities. This includes, but is not limited to, female journalists, journalists of color, journalists living and working with disabilities, transgender journalists, and senior journalists.
