Eugene-McCray-HiResDr. Eugene McCray is Director of CDC’s Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention and is responsible for U.S. domestic HIV prevention activities, budget, and policy.  Since he began with CDC in 1983 as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer, Dr. McCray has served in various roles including Chief of the International Research and Programs Branch in the Division of Tuberculosis Elimination, Acting Deputy Director in the Coordinating Office for Global Health, and Director of CDC’s Global AIDS Program.
