The Advocate is giving its first peak at The Advocate On-Air, the magazine’s first foray into broadcasting.  The show, which will premier on February 15, will be available on Advocate’s website and also on Here! TV.  Here! and the Advocate are both owned by Regent Media.

The show, which appears to be sponsored online by the Australia tourist board, will feature stories on Houston mayor Anisse Parker’s electoral success in history, an interview with the Human Rights Campaign’s Joe Solomonese by Washington correspondent Kerry Eleveld, and an Olympics story about two guys who are obsessed with the Olympics.

When Regent Media announced that the Advocate would no longer be a stand-alone print publication and, instead, be bundled with Out magazine for subscribers, Regent executives touted their commitment to the Advocate brand–still headed by Jon Barrett–by pointing to the Advocate On-Air venture.
