Submit a Session Proposal
Got an idea for a session? Are you an expert on a topic you wish to share? Perhaps there’s a topic or issue you want to learn more about.
Planning has begun for the NLGJA National Convention. The convention will be held at the Loews Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, September 7-10, 2017. NLGJA requests sessions proposals for the development of the educational portion of the conference.
This year we plan to provide over 30 workshop opportunities to over 350 conference attendees. Proposals from members are an integral step in the process the conference planning committee and NLGJA staff take to provide the most up-to-date and relevant workshops to all of our conference attendees.
If you are interested in the possibility of presenting during the conference, fill out the Session Proposal Form by the close of business December 16, 2016.
Please note that submission of a proposal does not guarantee a workshop presentation opportunity at the conference or a seat on a panel. The conference planning committee and the NLGJA staff will collect all of the proposals submitted and review them based on:
- Overall content and its relevance to NLGJA members
- Proposed learning objectives
*NLGJA reserves the right to edit workshop descriptions, suggest potential panelists and possibly combine similar topics
