This week’s LGBT Front Pages

May 25, 2012 | News

Marriage equality and President Barack Obama again dominated the front pages of the nation’s LGBT media this week.

The Obama campaign’s roll out of its get-out-the-vote efforts targeted at LGBT people and the NAACP following the president’s lead by endorsing same-sex marriage received prominent play in several LGBT papers. With Pride month less than a week away, coverage of the nation’s annual LGBT festivals has also begun.

Here is a sampling of front pages from a variety of LGBT newspapers.

Publishers of LGBT papers and magazines can submit their publication to be included on the NLGA Website Front Pages feature located here. To do so, email a PDF copy of the news outlet’s cover to Bach Polakowski at bach@nlgja.org.
