TravelOutNewsWire is a dedicated, commercial travel news service to communicate news and information related to LGBTQ+ travel, hospitality, destinations, promotions and events.
It is designed to efficiently help serve journalists, bloggers, travel writers and industry news outlets that frequently report on industry trends, events and travel developments, as well as news of special interest to travel consumers and businesses.
A majority of the proceeds from each release will support the mission and programs of the NLGJA: The Association of LGBTQ Journalists and the International LGBTQ+ Travel Association (IGLTA).
Who receives TravelOutNewsWire? News releases will be packaged and distributed to individual news channels, editors, free-lance writers and bloggers who voluntarily wish to receive targeted press releases via email.

How TravelOutNewsWire Works
TravelOutNewsWire offers a trusted opt-in, updated and confidentially preserved list of media professionals with more than 350 U.S. and international media contacts and growing. Organizations and individuals who wish to use our targeted media list must begin by registering online, and creating an account with us. Once an account is established, it’s simple to use our online form to upload your press release for distribution, to make payment, and you may do so without delay.
Costs
There is no cost to create and register an account to work successfully with TravelOutNewsWire. There is, however, a fee for the distribution of each news release (akin to using other news release services such as PR Newswire.)

Rules of the Road
Length
With very rare exception, we request that news releases be limited to no more than 800-1,500 words. You will not, however, be charged by word count or length, and lengthier submissions are possible.
Format
Please upload your press release in Google Doc or Word format. Press releases uploaded in PDF format cannot be processed.
No Attachments
At this time, we cannot accept nor include attachments such as photographs, PDFs or additional documents. We invite you to post attachments on a website, and provide journalists with the link to additional press materials as you choose. This service will rely on text-based copy.
Press Contact Identified
Each news release also must include the correct name, telephone number and email address for the relevant press contact to allow media inquiries and follow-up. We will not respond to any press inquiries on your behalf.
Languages
News releases may be transmitted in any language; however we are unable to offer translation and will presume most news releases will be transmitted in the English language, but that is not required.
Hours of Distribution
Our service will remain accessible 24/7 year-round; and from a practical matter, news releases will be distributed Monday-Friday during normal work hours except that no releases will be made during U.S. holiday schedules. If there is special urgency or timeliness, distribution arrangements may be made outside our standard hours. If received in a timely way, your release customarily will receive same-day service Monday through Friday throughout the year.
Confirmation
Following distribution, you will receive a confirmatory email signaling satisfactory transmission to the TravelOutNewsWire list.

At this time, we are not able to offer media tracking or clipping services.
